Electrical Inspection

Service drop, conductors, service head & mast, electrical main, panelboards, grounding switches, GFCIs, AFCIs, light fixtures, outlets, and the presence of smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detectors.

Interior Inspection

Thermal Imaging

There are many things that cannot be seen through the naked eye during the home inspection. With thermal imaging, we are able to find the surface temperatures and also their differences from the expected temperatures. Upon further investigation with other tools, we will be able to find leaks, pests, and electrical issues.
